"Re-Coded" Offensive Structure

I've taken all the concepts in the book, but simplified the verbiage and learning structure to the point where I can use it with my own son's youth team in the coming years. The "Base" will be a 4 WR environment, yet be able to accomodate 2 back, H-Back, and "Empty" personnel.
